Two women emptied dozens of items from their ‘specially-adapted’ coats after being stopped by staff at a branch of Quality Save.

The pair reportedly filled a basket with around £200-worth of medication and creams .

Quality Save bosses claim the women were wearing coats which had been altered so the lining could be filled with goods.

“The pockets and internal lining of their coats had been altered.

“It was all high-value stuff, medicines and creams. They had £200 worth in total.”
